Bradford Health Services Alumni Program invites you to
purchase an engraved brick so you can cement your legacy at Bradford forever

Your contribution will go towards alumni efforts as well as financial support for those seeking treatment who cannot afford it.  The engraved bricks will be put together to form a walkway and water fountain at each residential facility.  Our hope is that those seeking help from addiction will be able to experience a peace after seeing all of the alumni who stood in the same spot prior.  Staff members are encouraged to also purchase an engraved brick to commemerate their individual legacy in helping others.

Instructions:

-On the first line please put (Alumni, Staff, or In Memory Of).

-On the second line please put your first name and last initial if you are an alumni .

-On the third line please put your sobriety date or the date in which you started working at Bradford.
