On Tuesday September 11th, 2001, an intentional and well thought out plan by foreign terrorists, attacked several locations in our country resulting in nearly 3000 deaths. It is important that the current generation and future generations never forget these cowardly acts. It is equally important that we never forget the lives lost in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Shanksville, P.A.
Through this fundraising effort, you will have the opportunity to purchase an engraved brick, which will then be placed around Cortland's 9/11 memorial located in Courthouse Park's Memorial Park. This entire project will be solely funded through the brick sales and you will have a direct connection to this memorial.
