The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in Fluvanna County is a no kill nonprofit organization founded in 1989. We have come a long way from the original mule shed built in the 1940s to a modern facility and continue to make this a great facility better. Our life-saving mission is to rescue domestic animals in Fluvanna County from cruelty, neglect, and abandonment and to place them in good, loving, permanent homes.
FSPCA is proud to announce the future construction of the shelter’s meet and greet patio/gazebo with dog pens. A custom engraved brick tile is a unique and lasting way that those who want to “Brick the shelter animals of their worried past and pave a happier future!” The bricks that the shelter receive will be paved in to the brick foundation of the sitting area of the patio/gazebo. The proceeds from the brick sales will fund our continued mission of saving lives and finding homes for the many animals that arrive to the shelter in need of a second chance.
