The Johnston Health Foundation is pleased to offer personally engraved bricks as your lasting legacy to the SECU Hospice House. This is also an excellent opportunity to honor, thank or remember people who are special to you. These bricks will be placed on the right side of the SECU Hospice House, along the path of the Memorial Garden or the Veterans Memorial.

We have two locations where bricks can be placed:
1. Memorial Garden
2. Veteran's Memorial (Please also list the branch of service)
