Care Alliance Health Center

The mission of Care Alliance Health Center is to provide high-quality, comprehensive medical and dental care, patient advocacy and related services to people who need them most, regardless of their ability to pay.

In celebration of 35 years of providing high quality service to Cleveland’s most disenfranchised residents, Care Alliance Health Center is launching the Legacy Campaign. The Legacy Campaign allows you to exhibit your appreciation for Care Alliance Health Center, honor a loved one, or simply recognize someone who lives our mission by personalizing a brick that will be a part of our landscape for years to come. Also, by purchasing a brick, or several bricks, you are supporting many members of our community who face extreme poverty and rely on the medical services that we provide.

Your bricks will be placed along the walk way of our beautiful Central Neighborhood Health Center.
