Mt. Pisgah AME Church Mt. Pisgah AME Church project

Greetings!
We pray that this letter finds you and your family doing well and in good spirits. In spite of COVID 19, God has blessed us to be alive.

Pastor E. Robert Thomas, the Officers, and members of Mt. Pisgah AME Church will be celebrating our 156th Church Anniversary on Sunday, August 21, 2022, at 10:00 AM. Our former Patriarchs and Matriarchs labored in the vineyard so that we are still able to worship in our beautiful sanctuary. In conjunction with our church anniversary, we are including a Brick Project.

This project is an additional way to raise funds while remembering those who loved Mt. Pisgah and who worked hard to make the church what it is today. The funds from this project will be used for needed operations at the church. Will you please consider donating a 4 x 8 engraved brick in memory of your loved one? You may also make a personal donation to have your name placed on a brick by using the enclosed order form for your donation.

A separate order form must be used for each individual. Only one name can be placed on a brick. The number of forms we receive will determine the number of bricks that will be ordered. Please make your check payable for the total amount of bricks that you are ordering to Mt. Pisgah AME Church by September 1, 2022. You may send your donation to Mt. Pisgah AME Church at Post Office Box 1118, Sumter, SC 29151.

The bricks will be laid by a professional brick mason near the entrance of our educational building in memory of your loved one. The brick platform will be divided into sections to include members, patrons, and memorials. The cost of a brick is $175.00. You may purchase three (3) or more bricks at a discounted price of $150.00 each. These bricks will become a permanent fixture at Mt. Pisgah. The bricks will be placed where you will be able to see them anytime you visit Mt. Pisgah.
Let us work together so that we may honor those who labored so hard in the vineyard for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Sincerely,

Rev. E. Robert Thomas, Pastor
