NeuroFit Florida is dedicated to empowering people with Parkinson's Disease and other chronic neurological diseases through exercise and community support. Exercise IS medicine and so is community support. These components help to heal the body, mind and spirit so participants can move better, feel better and LIVE a better life.

NeuroFit Florida is excited to announce that we will be building a wall of donors, using custom recognition brick tiles. A custom engraved tile is a unique and lasting way to honor yourself or someone else close to your heart. Proceeds from the tile sales will go to the building fund for NeuroFit Florida.

Individuals may purchase a 4x8 inch Tile for $100 or an 8x8 inch Tilefor $250.

Businesses may purchase an 8x8 inch Tile for $500. A custom logo is an additional $100.

A Donor Certificate for display at your home may be purchased for an additional $10.
