The community has purchased the island on Terra Ceia Bay Boulevard.

The CDD has begun work to repair the foot bridge, stabilize the island, and remove the old gazebo in preparation for a new gazebo and new landscaping.

As part of this project, we are announcing a fund raiser to upgrade the gazebo and add landscaping features not in the CDD budget.

Because the new island project will have a walkway from Terra Ceia Bay Boulevard to the bridge and then from the bridge to the gazebo we are selling personalized bricks.

The donation will be $50.00 for a 4” by 8” and $100 for an 8” by 8” terra cotta fired brick.

 Each brick will be custom engraved with the letters sandblasted deep into the surface of each brick.

The bricks will then be used to pave the sidewalk all the way to the gazebo.
