The "Sanilac County Historic Village and Museum" is a collection of more than a dozen historic buildings located on ten acres of the original Dr. Joseph Loop estate in the Village of Port Sanilac.
The Sanilac County Historical Society invites you to step back in time as you wander through the beautiful gardens, the historic buildings, and the interesting exhibits that are featured on the property.
We have completed most of the walkways connecting our buildings. But now we need your help to finish the project with a brick path between the Train Depot and the Church. This walkway will enable all visitors to easily navigate this distance.
Purchasing a personalized brick is a great way to support the Sanilac County Historical Society and offers you the opportunity to be a part of the Museum’s living legacy for future generations.
