Welcome to the Acres of Hope donor site! Acres of Hope, a ministry of Grace In Community Church, is located in Alden, NY. Our mission is sharing the Gospel of Christ through the hands-on Biblical principles of cultivating, sowing, nurturing and harvesting.

Our Vision is to bring the truth and hope of God to all people by: 

• Exposing the heart of the Gospel through gardening

• Providing healthy food to our Church family and those in need in the Community

• Providing an environment to promote health and healing through education, classes, and the act of gardening

• Equipping God's people for the End Times

• Partnering with community organizations and businesses 

• Impacting today's youth 

• Providing opportunities for all people to be involved through handicap accessible gardens and facilities 

 

The proceeds from your purchase of a Block of Hope will be used to build the Acres of Hope Community Garden, including the Block of Hope Walkway. This walkway will be the focal point of the garden as it makes its way through garden beds to the site of a wooden cross that will be handcrafted from pine harvested on our property. A large brick area will also be incorporated into the center of the garden, which will serve as a site for weddings, worship in the garden, outdoor educational workshops, and more. The addition of bench seating will be installed along the walkway in the garden as funding allows in the future. These beautiful Caribbean colored bricks can be engraved with your own special message - a unique way to honor, and remember, family, friends and those you love.

Prices are as follows:

 

4x8 brick: Up to 3 lines / 18 characters per line: $35.00

8x8 brick: Up to 6 lines / 18 characters per line: $50.00

 

Please note: characters include all punctuation and spaces. All letters will be in caps and all text will be centered.

 

You also have the option of purchasing a Brick Certificate for an additional $10.00 to commemorate your support to Acres of Hope and the purchase of your Block of Hope.
