At our annual meeting, it was
agreed upon that the board should pursue fundraising to
build out a pavilion in the empty common area on N. 15th
St. between E. Dover St. and E. Concord Place (see blue
star on map below). As voted by the attendees of the
annual meeting, part of the funding would come from the
raise in annual dues, from which events as the ‘Keep
Carriage Crossing Beautiful’ events above would also be
funded.
If funded solely through
increased dues, it would take approximately five to six
years to raise the funds to build out the common area.
To expedite the fundraising process, and therefore the
opportunity to enjoy our common area and the benefit of
increased home values, we will host various fundraising
efforts. The first of those efforts is our brick sales
campaign. Please read on for brick ordering options!
Would you like to
customize your brick? 8"x8" bricks can have a stock
image added for an additional $10 per brick printed.
Custom logos can be added to 8"x8" bricks for a one-time
$60 set-up charge plus $10 per brick printed. To
commemorate your contribution, for an additional cost
you can purchase a felt-backed replica donor brick.
