Buy a Brick Program

 

The Clegern Elementary PTA will be offering the opportunity to purchase a brick to commemorate our 80th Anniversary. This is an opportunity for your family to support our school and become part of the history that we are creating at Clegern Elementary School. Bricks can be purchased with an engraved etching of your child/children's/or family name. All bricks are 4 x 8 and will sell for $80. Additional bricks may be purchased for $40. All of the bricks purchased will be used once school construction is complete to build a courtyard with bench or similar area, which will be determined once the brick campaign has ended in December. The funds raised from this event will directly benefit the students and staff of Clegern Elementary School. Donations for the Clegern 80th Anniversary Brick Program are tax deductible. You will receive a receipt letter confirming your contribution and tax deductibility.

Yes, we'd like to purchase a permanent brick. Please engrave our brick as follows: Bricks will be printed in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Maximum 18 characters per line/3 line minimum. Any symbol is considered one space (Period, Comma, Dash) ALL text will be CENTERED.

Please not: Clegern PTA reserves the right to approve and review all text. Please keep all text on brick the names and dates of children/families that have attened or are/were employees of Clegern Elementary School. No business advertisements, please.
All orders must be received by December 31, 2011.

A check must accompany this printed order form and may be returned to the Clegern School Office.
