Please help the Brothers of Pi Kappa Phi make our new house a home. We have invested in 1920's Tudor located in Historic Milledgeville. This quaint home sits on the quite Wilkinson Street a block from campus and downtown restaurants. Renovations and remodeling have begun and once they have finished, the house will feature a large commercial kitchen with granite counter tops, study room, media room, dining room that will seat 24, and much more. Our new home will have over 2,000 sq. ft. of community space, and this brick campaign is aimed at raising money to furnish these rooms. The bricks will be used in the Alumni and Friends Rose Garden that will be built at the house. This will symbolize all the hard work brothers, family, and friends have put into the fraternity to ensure the success of our current and future members. The house will be ready for the chapter in August, and landscaping will finish in the fall. The bricks will be installed after landscaping is finished. The deadline for ordering your bricks is Labor Day, September 5th. Help us lay the foundation to grow in our new home for many years to come.
