Novak Elementary PTO
Playground Brick Fundraiser
Construction is currently underway for the new
Novak
Elementary school, which
will open in the fall of 2010.
With a new building comes the need for a new playground.
A playground committee has designed an innovative play
area that will inspire not only the traditional student, but
students with a variety of special needs.
Our goals and focus for this project are:
* Allow for adequate
room to “run and play”, helping to eliminate conflict.
* Provide
additional play
equipment that can be built into and compliment teacher’s
curriculum, such as a musical component.
*
Promote play for
children of all abilities by creating a universally designed
playground that is easily accessible and truly inclusive of all.
Implementation of Novak’s vision for an innovative play area
will only be possible with our community’s help.
You can help by purchasing a brick that will go into a
special walkway at the new
Novak
Elementary School.
We are hopeful the money raised through kind donors like
you will make our dream playground a reality.
We invite you, family members, friends, neighbors, and area
businesses to purchase a commemorative brick to:

Honor a child

Recognize your family

Remember a loved one or a special day

Advertise your business

Commemorate your years at Novak

Show your support of a teacher or your school
Your purchase will not only help to fund our playground, it will
become a permanent part of the school, and is tax deductable.
Please consider purchasing your personalized 4x8 brick for
$50.00.
A donor certificate is also available for you to purchase
at a price of $10.00 per certificate.
The certificates are made of heavy ivory paper and
include a picture of the inscribed brick.
This would be a nice compliment to a family or child’s
scrapbook or placed somewhere in your home.
The Novak PTO & Playground Committee thanks you for your
continued support!
