Old Redford Academy, C.R. Smith Foundation and Innovative Teaching Solutions are proud to announce the construction of the new, state of the art, 30 classroom elementary building.

Old Redford Academy is proud of its academic successes and growth. We thank both the parents and employees of Innovative Teaching Solutions for their patience and support through the growth of Old Redford Academy from one school building servicing Kindergarten through Eighth grade to three school buildings servicing Kindergarten through Twelfth.

As we await the completion of the new Old Redford Academy Elementary School located at 17195 Redford Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, 48219, Old Redford Academy in tandem with C. R. Smith Foundation would like to extend the opportunity for you to invest in the legacy embedded in the mission of ORA and the students.

Old Redford Academy is conducting a Brick Fundraiser which will enable parents, students, friends, family, community members and all interested in supporting the beautification of Old Redford Academy Elementary School to purchase a brick that will be set at the main entrance of the building.

The bricks can be engraved with your own personal message or choose to honor a friend, loved one or memorialize someone special.

Brick sizes vary. The 4x8 brick will have space for three lines, 18 characters per line and will sell for $75.00 per brick. The 8x8 brick will have space for six lines, 18 characters per line, and will sell for $125.00 per brick.

The proceeds from the brick sale will go to support the students of Old Redford Academy through the C. R. Smith Foundation. The C. R. Smith foundation has offered support to the academic needs of ORA and the personal needs of the students, families, and staff of ORA. Since the academy’s inception, through your generous contributions, this worthwhile work can continue and grow.
