Since
1979, On Your
Mark, Inc. has responded to the needs of individuals
with developmental disabilities and their families in Staten
Island and Brooklyn. We provide
services to children and adults with disabilities including
intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic
brain injury, and neurological impairments.
On Your Mark
is a leader in developing staff training curricula for student
interns, community volunteers, and professionals.
The mission of On Your Mark is to
provide innovative and comprehensive community-based services to
people with developmental disabilities across their lifespan. We
are committed to helping each individual experience the highest
quality of life possible by providing person-centered programs
that promote community and social inclusion, health and fitness,
daily activity participation, independence, self-empowerment and
productivity.

The bricks will be used
to create a
Pathway to a Brighter
Future leading to the front door of the
Integrated
Community Center.
The funds will be used towards the Capital Campaign for
Restoration of the ICC at 475 Forest Avenue.
Phase I will be
limited to the first 500 bricks.
Installation is ongoing.

We are offering:
4x8 brick $225
8x8 brick
– see options below:
Single 8x8 brick (equivalent to two 4x8
bricks) with either a custom logo or a standard stock graphic
for $550
OR
Double 8x8 brick (equivalent to four 4x8
bricks) with either a custom logo or standard stock graphic for
$1,000
*Each donor has the option to receive a
framed certificate of ownership with each purchase at an
additional cost.
You will receive a receipt letter
confirming your contribution and tax deductibility. If you do
not receive a receipt letter or if a correction is necessary,

This is a family and community effort. We
want to include as many employees, families, extended family
members and local community businesses and organizations as we
can. Please feel free to print extra copies of the ordering
forms to share with family, friends, and co-workers, or share
