The Collinsville Raiders was founded in 1970. the organization was started with only 1 team. shortly after, the Jaycees organization took the raiders under there wing and became as many know as the JAYCEE RAIDERS. In the early 80's the 2 organizations again separated and the raiders became the organization we know today as the COLLINSVILLE RAIDERS.

 

Through the past 42 years the Raiders have grown by leaps and bounds. we are very proud to say our organization has nearly 100 volunteers and over 300 participants which make our football and cheerleading squads. In 1989 we began our youth wrestling program which also continues to grow steadily. the purpose our organization is to teach children of various ages the skills and fundamentals of tackle football, wrestling and cheerleading. most importantly we emphasize self discipline, respect for yourself as well as for others, teamwork, strong academics and life values. these are lessons that will able them to be true team and community leaders throughout life.
