Paving the Way to a Healthier Future
“The
greatest use of a life is to spend it on something that will
outlast it.”
–William James
The Richland County Recreation Foundation
invites you and your family to leave your legacy on the Richland
County Recreation Commission forever by purchasing a
personalized, engraved brick. Bricks will be permanently
displayed in a courtyard at the Recreation Commission’s brand
new Administrative Building on Parklane Road.
Proceeds from the campaign will help
support the RCRC by providing the funding necessary to continue
providing exceptional programs, recreation centers, community
centers and parks that will benefit the physical and mental
health of those in our community.
Each year the RCRC serves more than
99,000 seniors, adults and children through programs, athletics
and visits to our parks. Whether you or someone you love has had
the opportunity to compete in one of our youth or adult athletic
leagues, participate in our adaptive recreation programs or
senior services, or just enjoy visiting one of our parks, RCRC
has had a positive impact on the lives around us. This is your
chance to give back and ensure that future generations will
benefit from RCRC’s services. The buy-a-brick campaign is a
great way to showcase the many that have benefitted from RCRC
and to leave a legacy by displaying your appreciation and
support.
