Become a Legend
Be a legend at Renaissance High
School for the Arts by purchasing a personalized engraved brick
that will be installed in a new pathway on the west side of RHSA
auditorium. Each 4X8 brick is $50.00.
There is a maximum of 21
characters per line and a maximum of 4 lines per brick.
Memorialize special people in your life such as your family,
your friends, a team, a club, a pet, a business or commemorate
an accomplishment.
Your commemorative brick will help
save RHSA Video Production and be something you and your family
will be proud of for years to come.
Due to Long Beach Unified
School District budget cuts Renaissance student have to raise
money to save RHSA Video Production program. The program will
end if $25,000.00 is not raised every year.
The RHSA Video Production program
offers students hands on experience into their future career by
learning
TV production skills, working with the community, interviewing,
camera operations, scriptwriting, story boarding, lighting, shot
framing, basic acting, film editing and sound production
and they can produce television programs aired on Ed.TV in a
multi-camera studio.
Students also get to debut
their
original short film at the annual RHSA Film Festival.

time.
