St. Charles Humane Society is raising money to help purchase supplies for the new animal shelter. The bricks will be placed near the front entrance of the newly built shelter and will be viewed by everyone who enters and leaves the building. The Buy a Brick Program offers you an opportunity to memorialize a cherished pet (or pets), dedicate to a family member or friend, or show your support for the newly built animal shelter. Whatever the reason for your purchase, it is beautiful and everlasting way to express your sentiment while contributing to a worthwhile cause.

 

St. Charles Humane Society Mission Statement

The purpose of St. Charles Humane Society (SCHS) is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, the initiation of a sterilization program and education towards the humane treatment of animals.

Our policy is to provide humane care and treatment for all animals needing protection in the area served by the Society, to seek to return lost animals to their owners; to seek suitable homes for animals without owners; and to provide euthanasia, when necessary.

SCHS receives payments for donations, membership fees and monies associated with fundraising initiatives.
