To Whom It May Concern –

In light of our growing respect for the rich history and beauty of Downtown Woodland, we have decided to open our fundraising efforts to the community. Uvaggio Wine Bar will be building an attached 950 square foot patio directly on Heritage Plaza, a small portion of city owned property intended for community event support that lies between Uvaggio Wine Bar and the historic Woodland Opera House.

To be sure our patio surroundings blend harmoniously with the rest of the plaza, we have decided to build our low walls with engraved sponsor bricks like those that can already be seen lining the walkways of Heritage Plaza. Our adjustments will also include off-patio seating, where spectators can rest in the shade to watch concerts and festivals in Heritage Plaza.

 Each brick can be custom engraved, putting the memories of your name, family, friends, or businesses into the visible history of Downtown Woodland. This is a wonderful way to promote your Woodland or Yolo County business, honor your friends and loved ones, or remember someone who has passed.

This patio and Heritage Plaza are a part of the City of Woodland, owned by the city, and will remain as a marker of our downtown history for decades to come. It is our sincere hope that this patio in the heart of Woodland can become a treasured spot for our city and those that dwell and work within it.
