Proof Sheet Terms

 

1.  No order will be processed without a signed Proof Sheet.  When a Proof Sheet is approved for any order, our client is advising they have carefully proof read everything and has indicated of any errors or omissions.

2.  Client understands that once their Proof Sheet is signed, no additional items can be added to the order.

3.  All engraving is automatically centered (horizontally and vertically) unless otherwise specified.

4.  Bricks R Us cannot be responsible for any changes after this order has been approved.  Client will incur any charges as a result of changes being made after the final approval is received.

5.  Bricks R Us does its best to insure that the quality of all bricks and tiles we send out are of the highest quality; however, characteristics may vary from time to time.  We cannot be responsible for these characteristics or changes in dye lots.  Every effort is made to insure that all orders are delivered within the time frame indicated but we do not guarantee the ship date.  Bricks R Us cannot be held responsible for any delays due to failures in delivery of materials or equipment failure.  Bricks R Us will not pay any additional fees due to a delay.

6.  Full payment is required before any order is released.  We accept checks and credit cards.  www.bricksrus.com/pay 

7.  Any problems with the shipment must be received by Bricks R Us, in writing, within seven (7) Days from delivery; otherwise, Bricks R Us will have no further responsibility and any replacement bricks/tiles after the seven (7) day period will be at the billed at the regular price.  Bricks R Us will replace/ship any broken or bricks within one week.  Under no circumstances will Bricks R Us pay for rush shipping (i.e.  overnight, 2-day delivery) with redo orders.

8.  Orders will be shipped (Providing payment has been received) approximately 2-3 weeks after final proofs are received in our office.  Orders will be shipped to the shipping address listed on the Proof Sheet and to no other address.
